I went back to my Primary Care Physician’s office to have a lab only appointment to recheck my Lipid Panel. The phlebotomist is phenomenal. She listened to me when it came to my veins. I unfortunately have terrible veins and I am a very hard stick. She listened and hit my vein on the first attempt. We also had casual conversation during the visit and that is always a bonus.
On 6/15/2023 my Lipid Panel came back and unfortunately the results were similar to the ones taken during my hospital stay. I have high Cholesterol and needed to be put on a Statin. My Doctor called in Atorvastatin for me to begin taking immediately.
